Food Quality and Safety Policy

We are a company specialized in manufacturing natural and commercial essential oils (naturally identical), by mixing 100% pure and natural essential oils and other aromatic molecules typical of the essential oil.

Our flexible structure, knowledge of raw material markets and extensive experience in the sector allows us to provide creative solutions with essential oils perfectly adapted to the needs of our clients.

CREAROMATIC has taken on the challenge of implementing a Food Quality and Safety Management System based on the standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001 y UNE-EN-ISO 22000. To this end and as a formalization of its commitment to evolution and improvement, it establishes the following basic principles of action:

CREAROMATIC will guide its strategic direction to discover needs of the market in general and our clients in particular and to enhance your solutions, in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction on their part.

To CREAROMATIC ensure that, throughout the food chain, sufficient information is available on issues that concern food safety, the organization will establish, implement and maintain effective provisions to communicate both externally (suppliers, clients and administration) and internally with the workers that make up the organization.

CREAROMATIC will provide a framework of reference for the establishment of measurable food quality and safety objectives, for its expansion and for its consolidation in the market, having a continuous improvement in the organization, these objectives being appropriate to its nature and taking into account the vision and future of the company. Get the excellence in each process: purchases, production and sales, will be the focus of our activity.

To achieve these objectives, CREAROMATIC will provide itself with a highly qualified workforce. competitive and trained through professional improvement processes based on continued training, evaluating their competence and training, to carry out essence creation work in accordance with the requirements of both our own and those of our clients.

At CREAROMATIC we understand the quality and safety of food as a responsibility, which is assumed and shared by all the people who make up the company, its suppliers, its clients and the administration, obtaining each year a continuous improvement both our processes and our products.

Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements that CREAROMATIC subscribes to, and even elevate that compliance above those food safety requirements.
